Commuter Resources

MTS and the SANDAG iCommute program offer many resources to transit riders, as well as support for employers that assist their employees in taking transit.

Park & Ride Lots
Conveniently located throughout the region, Park & Ride lots are free and a great place to connect to your transit stop. Find a Park & Ride lot near you.

TripTracker
The iCommute TripTracker tool helps measure your transit commute savings– an advantage to your wallet and the environment. Just sign in, log your transit trips, and watch the savings add up. Plus, by logging eligible trips at least eight days per month, you’ll automatically be entered to win iCommute monthly prize drawings. Get started and sign up for a free iCommute account today.

Guaranteed Ride Home
You’ll never be stranded with the Guaranteed Ride Home program. Travel by COASTER or Rapid Express three or more times each week, and you’re eligible. Guaranteed Ride Home ensures that you’ll be able to get home in case of an emergency or unscheduled overtime up to three times per year. To enroll, sign up for a free iCommute account and log your alternative commute trips in TripTracker.

Employer Discount
Employers who make transit their newest benefit may be eligible for a discount when participating in the MTS ECO Pass program. This program is for businesses with 25 or more employees who purchase monthly transit passes and are interested in saving money by switching to an annual prepaid contract.
The ECO Pass program offers monthly passes according to a tiered-discount structure, based on the annual volume of passes used.
